A straightforward explanation of what happens when you use this website or get in touch.
The project form prepares a project brief on your device. You can then open it as an email draft or copy it to your email provider. The website does not submit the form to a database or send the email for you. Your information is sent only when you choose to send the prepared message through your email provider.
Your enquiry may include your name, email address, company and project details. We use the information you send to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry.
The website uses hosting infrastructure to serve its pages and Google Fonts to load typography. These providers may receive standard connection information such as an IP address and browser details. We do not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies in this website build.
To ask about information you have shared or request its correction or deletion, email contactus@flaxanlabs.com. We may need to keep information where required for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
